Professional Development
Games are a gateway to personal and professional development as they teach strategic thinking, healthy competition, group collaboration, and individual and team success.
TableTop Game & Hobby combines game knowledge and business experience to provide a library of corporate education offerings, including titles on team-building, time management, communication, and supervisory skills. Whether your organization is a small mom-and-pop storefront, a department in a larger corporation, or a Fortune 500 company, we can help. If we don’t already have the class you need, we can tailor an existing title to fit or develop a new, wholly customized solution. Community Outreach
Games bring people together.
TableTop Game & Hobby is committed to building a healthy, welcoming game community. Toward that end, they offer outreach programs to bring games of all kinds to everyone. Our knowledgeable staff can bring board games, tabletop combat games, RPGs, or card games to your library, organization, or community center so your constituents can learn and grow together. Our Game Concierges can bring a variety of titles to your location, or you can arrange a group visit to our shop’s game room. If you want to include more educational elements, our instructional designers (with more than 20 years of experience developing coursework in secondary, post-secondary, and professional education environments) can tailor programs that combine games with a variety of subjects – history, literature, communications, and STEM studies – with games as a basis for the instruction.
Some of our curriculum includes:
